We transformed the amenity spaces at Fairchase Apartments, 4411 Dixie Hill Road in Fairfax, Virginia, to create a modern, inviting place that reflects the best of suburban living.
The overhaul modernized the leasing office, fitness center, lobby, resident lounge and kitchen. We demolished outdated finishes, then installed new flooring, lighting and fixtures. Walls got fresh neutral paint, with bold accent colors in key areas.
The leasing office now has an open, welcoming layout. The fitness center got upgraded equipment, and the resident lounge has comfortable seating, a co-working area and a fully equipped kitchen for hosting.
