The project

Kitchenettes, private baths, an event space and a gym, delivered on time and on budget.

We completed the amenity space build-out at the City Garage Science and Technology Center, a 135,000-square-foot building at 101 W. Dickman Street. It now offers kitchenettes, private bathrooms, an event space, a gym and a conference room.

Our scope covered the entire interior: cabinetry and countertops, plumbing fixtures, wall tile and flooring, and electrical work for lighting and ventilation. The event space got full interior finishes and custom touches like a “Made in America” feature wall.

The kitchenette pairs clean white walls with wood cabinets and a bright white porcelain countertop. The bathrooms use matte-finish tile, the gym has black and red rubber flooring, and the conference room has a bold black-and-white carpet-tile floor.
